What Jobaki is

Jobaki gives licensed professionals a public page, listing pages, lead capture, marketing tools and client tools. Using it means you agree to these terms.

Your content, your responsibility

You may only publish listings you're authorized to market, and by publishing you confirm that your seller consented and that you hold the rights to every photo you upload (yours, or licensed to you in writing — in Canada the photographer owns listing photos by default). You're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for meeting your regulator's advertising rules; Jobaki displays your registered name, brokerage and licence number on your public pages to help.

Estimates are estimates

Payment figures, affordability results and closing-cost numbers are educational estimates only — never a quote, a pre-approval, mortgage advice, or a lending decision. Final qualification always requires a licensed mortgage professional and a lender's underwriting.

Leads and consent

Jobaki's forms are built to record consent alongside contact information, and you agree to use that information only within the consent recorded. You remain responsible for your own compliance with anti-spam and privacy law. No lead's personal information is ever sold, and sponsors receive aggregate numbers only unless the person explicitly consents to a referral.

Fair use

No scraping, no false or misleading content, no impersonation, no spam, no attempting to access another member's data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.

Leaving

Cancel anytime. Your page comes down when you ask, and you can export your leads and content — your business is yours.

The legal frame

The service is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions: jobaki.com.
