The short version

Jobaki stores your information in Canada, shows it only to the people you'd expect, never sells it, and keeps a record of every consent so everyone can prove what was agreed to.

What we collect

From professionals (realtors and other licensed members): your name as licensed, brokerage, licence number, contact details, photo, and the listings and marketing content you create.

From visitors and buyers: only what you type into a form — typically your name and contact details when you ask about a property, sign in at an open house, or contact a professional. Every such form includes a consent checkbox, and we record exactly which consent wording you agreed to and when.

Client financial profiles: a professional may save financial details a client shares (income, down payment, debts) to run affordability estimates. These are visible only to that professional, require recorded client consent, and never include government ID numbers.

Usage analytics: anonymous counts (page views, QR scans, tour plays) with no personal information attached.

Where it lives

Our database runs in Canada (central region). Website delivery uses Cloudflare's global network. Service providers we rely on: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and delivery).

Who sees what

Your professional sees the inquiries and sign-ins you send them. A professional's sponsor (for example, a mortgage partner supporting their tools) sees counts only — never your name or contact details — unless you separately and explicitly consent to a referral. Sellers see aggregate marketing numbers about their own listing, never buyer identities.

Your choices

You can withdraw a consent at any time by contacting the professional you dealt with or emailing us — withdrawal is recorded permanently in the same ledger as the consent. You may request a copy of your information, or its deletion, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
